How do I get an API key?
Sign in to your organisation portal and open API Keys. Create one per site you are integrating — your plan sets how many you can keep live at once. The key is shown once, so copy it then; if you lose it, revoke it and create another.
What is Vibe?
Vibe lets people support charitable causes with their attention instead of their money. Someone holds the Vibe button, the seconds are recorded against the cause, and the totals are visible to everyone.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every organisation starts on the free plan, which covers integration and a working set of causes and members. You can move to a paid plan whenever you outgrow it.
How do vibe sessions work?
A person can vibe a given cause once. The hold duration in seconds is recorded against that cause, and the cause’s participants, total seconds and average are updated straight away.
Who reviews the causes?
Every cause is moderated before it becomes visible. Organisations can also choose to auto-approve causes they publish themselves.
